Brian Carlos Delgado
Most recently, Brian assumed the role of Analyst at Accenture with a primary focus on the system implementation of the SAP HCM- Success Factors solution.
Prior to joining Accenture, Brian was Specialist, Talent Management at Foot Locker, Inc. from February 2011 until April 2013. As a member of Foot Locker, Inc.’s Talent Strategy team, he executed several global strategic Talent Management initiatives. Chief among them was serving as the Master Administrator of their Talent Management System powered by Success Factors. Prior to serving as Foot Locker, Inc.’s Talent Management Specialist, Brian previously held positions as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager and Account Manager in the Digital Media industry. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Management from the State University of New York, Empire State College and is currently a candidate for his MBA—HR Management at Keller Business School.
In his previous experience as a Digital Media Professional, Brian developed a deep background in various Interactive verticals. Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media space paired with his forward-thinking approach, allowed him to effectively manage several high-profile clients in Database Marketing (Email), Database Management, Search (Paid & Organic), Lead Generation, Social Media Management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Ad Operations (Trafficking).
He possesses a thorough understanding of each vertical's function and its correlation to the broader spectrum within Interactive Media; in addition he has worked with several business models including (CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM).
Prior to starting his career in digital media, Brian served in the United States Navy and the experience provided him with a diverse foundation from which he had the opportunity to develop quality leadership and motivational skills.
