Brian Cannella

Brian Cannella is Senior Managing Director and Head of Transactions for a national alternative investment real estate firm. Based in Boca Raton, Florida, he has overseen more than twenty billion dollars in real estate transactions since joining the firm in 2013, across sectors including student housing, multifamily housing, seniors housing, medical office, and self-storage.

Earlier in his career, Brian worked in commercial real estate in New York City with Tishman Construction and Newmark. He holds a civil engineering degree from Union College and an MBA from Notre Dame.
