Smith has experience with change initiatives in banking and finance, healthcare, manufacturing and retail, education, professional services, hospitality, and other industries. He has contributed to projects for United Nations, IDEO and American Express [at the TEDActive conference], Broadway Across America, and other programs.
As an active member of the global TED community, Smith curates TEDx events, mentors new TEDx licensees, and spoke at TEDActive 2014. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Business Ethics Alliance and in an advisory position for Bellevue University.
