I connect people to movements. The human experience has been defined by our ability to create and communicate concepts that define our relationships to the world, to society, and to each other. At our core, each of us wants to contribute to meaningful change, but we often feel blocked. My role is to remove barriers.

As a consultant, I collaborate with corporations, NGOs, universities, and governments to create outcomes that improve their adaptability and performance. I have experience leading change initiatives in banking and finance, healthcare, manufacturing and retail, education, professional services, hospitality, and other industries. Regardless of the organizations or situation, I create advantages by listening deeply, thinking widely, and engaging the expertise of the people involved.

As a strategist, I have been fortunate to engage with United Nations [World Urban Campaign], IDEO and American Express [at the TEDActive conference], Broadway Across America, University of Nebraska Omaha Athletics Department [NCAA Division I], Substance Abuse Training Initiative, and I have worked as a contractor for creative agencies The New BLK and Bozell. I’ve also been involved in launching two companies and one early-stage funded ecommerce startup. Always open to a new challenge.

In my civic life, I am an active member of the global TED community and lead a team of 10 cross-functional volunteers to produce 16+ annual events that adhere to the standards of the TED organization. My role is to mentor the volunteers, develop a sense of connection between local work and the parent organization, and ensure the events deliver a standout experience to attendees.
