Carlos Alvarez Febus is a Chicago-based professional with nearly two decades of experience in community organizing, civic engagement, and public service. For over 25 years, he has built a distinguished career as an insurance agent and financial advisor, providing trusted guidance to individuals, families, and business owners. As the Principal Agent of Southwest Financial Advisors LLC, Mr. Alvarez focuses on personalized financial planning, asset protection, and long-term wealth strategies designed to empower clients and strengthen communities.

In addition to his financial practice, Mr. Alvarez serves as the Business Director of the Southwest Cultural Learning Center, a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization.
