Caroline is a humanitarian response professional and researcher with over 15 years of experience in engagement, research and strategy in the humanitarian and university sectors. She has developed and managed large-scale engagement, research and development projects in various locations worldwide, with a particular focus on disaster-affected communities. Selected contexts have included the Asian Quake and Tsunami; Pakistan Floods; Typhoon Haiyan, Philippines; Nepal Earthquake and Bangladesh and Myanmar population movements.

She is also a Director of the Global Resilience Collaborative and holds multidisciplinary qualifications and experience that span business, international humanitarian law and design from Melbourne University and the Queensland University of Technology. She is currently working as a researcher in the Asia Pacific for the COVID 19 response for the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
