Charlotte Bian
Product Evangelist, System Thinker, and People Leader in Sydney
Hi, I'm Charlotte.
As a passionate Product Manager, I thrive on creating meaningful solutions and tackling real-world problems. My journey is fueled by a love for building impactful products and a deep commitment to the product management community.
In the past, I've been actively engaged in community events, sharing insights through professional blogs, and participating in podcasts. However, in the last two years, these activities took a backseat, leaving a void I'm eager to fill. That's why, in 2024, one of my personal objectives is to reconnect with the product community. I aim to delve deeper into areas like Product Management, go-to-market strategies, and emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, and Extended Reality (XR).
This year also marks the revival of my Medium blog, a space where I'll regularly share my learning and experiences in product management. I warmly welcome feedback and suggestions: Charlotte's Medium Blog.
I invite you to reach out to me through the 'Get in touch' button below. I'm keen to hear your recommendations on product-related community events, speaking engagements, collaborative ventures (like talks, blogs, podcasts, etc.), or even just for a casual product-focused coffee chat!
Previously, I've had the privilege of participating in various meetups and conferences, both in-person and remotely. Some highlights include:
- "The BA and Product Owner Partnership," June 2021, at IIBA.
- "Transition into Product," April 2021, at Everything Agile Meetup.
- "Agile, Design Thinking, Lean StartUp, So What?" February 2020, at Girl Geek Sydney.
- "Finding my voice," October 2019, at SiteMinder Women In Tech.
- "How do we change the world with Story Mapping, a travel bee story," September 2019, at Sydney Everything Agile Meetup.
- "Fun your way out of meeting hell," August 2019, at LAST Conference.
Connecting with like-minded professionals and sharing our passion for product management enriches my professional journey. I'm excited about the potential collaborations and discussions ahead, and I look forward to connecting with you!
