Cheryl Clark

Hello! My name is Cheryl and I am an obsessed traveller, teacher and mom of 4 girls (a blended Canadian family) who is always planning that next trip.

I also love salt and vinegar chips, Indian food, reading non-fiction and following lots of travel and vegetarian food blogs. Oh yes, and I love the colour purple!

I have lived in Canada, Suriname, South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique, Cambodia, South Korea and The Netherlands. I have travelled to close to 45 countries and have loved almost all of them. Cambodia, India and Guatemala being in the top 5 for sure. I was a lawyer, used to work as a UN volunteer, and now have been teaching in Canada for 9 years. Soon I will be moving again to teach at an international school in Egypt.

Over the years,we have travelled as a family and have escaped the red ant infestation of Guatemala, the almost sun stroke at Machu Picchu in Peru, the invasion of the cowboys in Colombia, the carbs of Holland, the sandstorm in the Sahara in Morocco, and the craziness of the USA.

Join us on our continued adventures as we share stories and photos of the usual and the unusual as we explore all that is around us. Happy travels to you too!

Cheryl, Chris and the girls :)
