Chianti Lomax is a Millennial Speaker, Happy Living Coach, and Corporate Trainer with a passion for inspiring millennials to optimize their lives - personally and professionally. She has a proven record of developing high quality training programs for executive level public, private sector, and nonprofit clients. Over the past 8 years, she has worked for a few of the world’s leading technology consulting firms including IBM, Accenture, and Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2012, she was recognized as one of the EnVest Foundation's Nation's Capitol Top 40 Under 40 Young Professionals for her professional accomplishments.

She has an undergraduate degree in Organizational and Corporate Communication with a minor in Women’s studies. In 2014, she enrolled in the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute, founded by Valorie Burton, where she received her Personal Development Coaching Certification. In June of 2015, she completed her coursework for the Certified Personal and Executive Coach Program which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Today, Chianti delivers workshops, events, and coaching programs that help millennial professionals and organizations achieve measurable results through leadership development, effective communication training, and happiness living tactics.
