Chloe Carter

Silver Spring, MD

With a resume including work in the non-profit, private, and government sectors, Chloe is a "jill of all trades" and brings her diverse experience and skills to every position. Currently, she works as a Program Analyst for the National Database for Autism Research at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIH).

Chloe’s passion for community and social entrepreneurship has led to volunteer work with various organizations including KNO Clothing, a Philadelphia-based clothing company working to end homelessness and Entrepreneurs for Sustainability, an economic development organization in Cleveland. Chloe has also served in AmeriCorps VISTA working with Empowerment Group, a small business development non-profit in Philadelphia.

Her skills include social media, fundraising, community outreach, event management, strategic planning, technical writing, and web content management.

Chloe holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Case Western Reserve University. She is a recent transplant to the DC area and a native of Toledo, Ohio.
