Finding Calm, Clarity, and Strength Through Life's Most Difficult Transitions
Are you struggling to move forward after a pregnancy loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, or infertility? Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, or uncertainty during pregnancy, postpartum, or another significant life transition? Perhaps you are carrying the emotional weight of caregiving, relationship challenges, sudden loss, or the cumulative stress of supporting others while neglecting your own needs.
You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience and seven years of psychotherapy practice. I specialize in supporting adults and couples experiencing grief, loss, women's mental health concerns, perinatal challenges, caregiving stress, and major life transitions.
My areas of focus include:
- Pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, and infertility-related grief
- Perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, and depression
- Women's mental health across the lifespan
- Sudden loss, anticipatory grief, and complicated grief
- Caregiving stress and burnout
- Parenting challenges, including parenting children with special needs
- Relationship and couples concerns
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your values, strengths, and sense of purpose.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches based on your unique needs, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Narrative Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Approaches
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Strengths-Based Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
For clients who wish to do so, I also provide space to explore faith, spirituality, meaning, and purpose as part of the healing process.
My educational background includes a Master of Divinity with a specialization in Spiritual Care and Counselling from McMaster Divinity College (2019) and a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School (2025).
All services are provided virtually to residents across Ontario, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Healing does not mean forgetting. It means finding a way to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, hope, and self-compassion.
I invite you to book a complimentary 20-minute video consultation to learn more about my approach and determine whether we are a good fit for working together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
