I am a Senior Lecturer at Old Dominion University's School of Cybersecurity, teaching classes related to enterprise information technology and cybersecurity.
From 2012 to 2025, I was a visiting scholar at the McIntire School of Commerce's Master's in the Management of Information Technology (MS-MIT) program at the University of Virginia.
With 40+ years of technology management experience, including ten years as CIO at one of the largest franchise businesses in North America, I bring a pragmatic, industry-centric view to my teachings.
I provide periodic Strategic IT Consulting services, as well as cybersecurity lectures to local business organizations.
My current focus is on IT Service Management, including DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.
I reside in Virginia Beach, VA, and Waves, NC.
