I’m Collette, an executive coach, leadership facilitator, and professional storyteller who helps people uncover the stories that shape who they are, how they lead, and where they’re meant to go.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been helping leaders, professionals, and teams communicate with greater authenticity, confidence, and impact. My coaching blends powerful questions, deep listening, and the transformative art of storytelling to help clients gain clarity, navigate change, and lead with purpose.
