Introduction

I am Dr. Michelle Fennick, CEO of Consult Dr. Michelle, LLC, keynote speaker, author, leadership coach, thought leader, and curator of In HER Era Events. At the center of my work is one powerful belief: how we steward our time shapes how we experience our lives.

Through Consult Dr. Michelle, LLC, I help leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations reclaim their time, realign their priorities, and create space for the work, opportunities, relationships, and experiences that matter most. My approach brings together time stewardship, purposeful leadership, personal alignment, and practical strategies for sustainable success.

My perspective is grounded in a dynamic career spanning education, executive leadership, higher education, consulting, and entrepreneurship. From the classroom and athletic field to award-winning campus leadership and district administration, each chapter has shaped how I understand leadership, people, purpose, and the value of time. Today, I bring those experiences to stages, organizations, and communities in a way that is engaging, relevant, practical, and rooted in what it actually takes to lead a full life without allowing “busy” to become the goal.

I am the author and creator of The Time Alignment Method, a signature framework and workbook designed to help people move beyond simply managing a calendar and begin making intentional decisions about their time, energy, attention, and priorities. My work challenges the idea that success must come at the expense of ourselves. Instead, I teach people how to create systems that support both achievement and a life they actually have time to enjoy.

Consult Dr. Michelle, LLC is also the curator of In HER Era Events, an intentional event experience created to bring women together for meaningful connection, conversation, visibility, collaboration, and community. These curated experiences extend my philosophy beyond the stage by creating spaces where women can connect with purpose, expand their networks, build meaningful relationships, and make room for what may be next.

Through keynotes, leadership development, executive and life coaching, workshops, professional trainings, and curated experiences, I work with conferences, universities, school districts, businesses, professional associations, faith-based organizations, and communities. My style blends substance with warmth, humor, energy, and practical application so audiences leave inspired and equipped to do something differently.

Outside of my professional work, I am grounded by faith, family, love, laughter, and the people and experiences that remind me why protecting our time matters in the first place.

Time is one of our most valuable resources. I believe we should do more than fill it. We should align it with who we are, what we value, and where we are going.

Whether I am speaking from a stage, coaching a leader, facilitating a training, or curating a room where meaningful connections can happen, the goal remains the same: Educate. Empower. Inspire.
