Conway Fraser
Founder and Chief Strategist in Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada
The best leaders Conway Fraser works with are not struggling.
They are running complex organizations, navigating real pressure and moving fast. What they want is someone who sharpens their thinking, aligns their teams and adds horsepower to what they are already trying to do, helping them grow faster and stronger.
That is what Fraser Torosay™ does.
Conway advises CEOs, executives and boards on the persuasion challenges that determine whether an operational strategy lands or stalls. Conference panel and keynote preparation, stakeholder alignment, executive positioning, internal communications, issues management and the high-stakes moments when clarity is the difference between momentum and lost ground.
Leaders also bring him in to build their front line teams. Workshops, coaching programs and training for the people whose jobs depend on communicating clearly with staff and stakeholders.
His approach is direct. He asks hard questions, works inside the grey areas most advisors avoid, and tells leaders what they need to hear. That candor and experience is the value. His business is a limited, exclusive roster and grows through word-of-mouth referrals only.
Conway is also the co-author of Leaders Under Fire: The CEO’s Survival Guide to Navigating Corporate Crisis. He brings nearly 20 years of experience working with senior leaders who value traction over noise.
In a previous life, Conway was a Gemini Award-winning investigative journalist and national reporter with the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), where he worked for 18 years in Toronto, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ottawa and his hometown of Sudbury where it all began.
These days, he is based in the Waterloo Region, Ontario, working globally.
