My key areas of expertise include customer and branding research (profiling, customer journey, loyalty/churn drivers, customer experience, NPS, value proposition and benchmarks), and HR (performance evaluation, training, employee satisfaction studies, change management and engagement projects).
I am a Partner & COO of Lab Experience. Founded in 2022, but benefiting form over 25 years of experience, Lab Experience provides customer experience, citizen experience and employee experience consultancy.
One of our dear projects is the CX Summit, a premium event developed in collaboration with Forbes Portugal and Jornal Económico. Next edition will take place on June 16-18, 2026 and we will host 400 participants and speakers from around the world.
I am the co-host of the CX-Channel, a collaborative hub that benefits from the power of collective intelligence of experts from the customer experience industry. That is my main project at Research Metrics, where I collaborate as CX Strategy Ambassador.
Since 2007 I am a volunteer at MSPA Europe Africa and was a board member until 2021, serving as Director, VP and President. Actively involved in many conference and events organization, I now deliver training sessions on topics related to onboarding new clients, operational excellence and technology.
I am a proud mother of 3 daughters, who inspire me to be the best version of myself everyday and taught me a lot about negotiation and multitasking.
