Danielle is a full time content writer based in Metro Manila, who finished a journalism degree with Latin honors at the University of Santo Tomas (UST). During her stay in university, she was affiliated with UST’s official digital media organization TomasinoWeb wherein she worked as a writer. She mostly wrote about current affairs, social issues, films, and feminism. She would later on pursue more of her love for film through the university’s official film guild the Thomasian Film Society, wherein she was a part of their editorial committee. On her final year, she was a part of the first ever Philippine Model Congress caravan at UST where she represented her father's hometown as a delegate. In addition, she also rendered a 200hr internship at one of the country's oldest and leading newspapers, the Manila Bulletin. Being a mental health advocate, she would also find solace in the Youth for Mental Health Coalition, a national organization geared towards stamping out the stigma surrounding mental health issues and the furthering of a better environment for a new generation of healthier minds. To this day, she serves as the Coalition’s Director for Political Affairs.

She would begin her professional writing career with BuildZoom shortly after graduation. With a rigorous training in newswriting and an extensive background in various forms of creative, corporate, and academic writing, Danielle’s excellent command of her craft enables her to adapt to whatever is needed. In addition to her full time writing job, she also takes on freelance work which range from cultural features to scholarly and formal pieces.

During her spare time, Danielle enjoys watching films, discussing politics, reading, and listening to music. She also enjoys shopping and traveling with her friends and family. If not caught up binge watching her favorite TV shows, she is most likely a) looking for some cool travel promos online, b) trying and probably failing to finish her novel, c) reading about some random topic that piqued her interest, or c) listening to a podcast regarding a topic she already knows way too much about.

Feel free to send her a message regarding any writing projects and queries you may have to any of her social links found below.
