My passion in life has become storytelling because I am convinced it is the stories we tell about ourselves combined with the stories others tell about us that is what ultimately defines us. In a world where there is so much information and so little time to take it all in, it is only by telling the best stories that we make our voices heard. Photography for me is a way of telling a story about a particular moment in time. I like the concept of that “frozen moment” in time that can never be exactly replicated because no two light sources are exactly the same. While video is more complicated form of storytelling that incorporates sound and image to tell complex stories.
