Born in 1979, I grew up at the southeastern edge of the “Ruhrgebiet” in Germany. This conglomeration, one of the largest in Europe, has undeniable influenced one's own appreciation of tolerance and cosmopolitanism and teaches the virtues of fairness, diligence, honesty and reliability. The liberty we enjoy during these days offers many opportunities for a varied life and career.

Active since 2001 in various commercial professional environments, I nowadays can offer many years of experience in process optimization, transparent and goal-oriented controlling with professional reporting, the implementation of dynamic QM systems and in change management.

This includes a strong hands-on mentality for the continuous development and efficiency enhancement of processes and procedures as well as the realistic planning and monitoring of projects, with extensive know-how in IT, HR, accounting, production planning, enterprise performance management & advertising.

Distinctive interface skills, high affinity to technology and direct, respectful communication supported by a well-structured self-organization are my foundations for a successful collaboration. Supporting, motivating, developing and achieving projects and corporate goals in an open team with a familiar atmosphere are pillars of my self-image.

Since my childhood I have always been surrounded by many different animals and have given two tomcats a home enjoying their curiosity and vitality. Yoga and some fitness training gives me the necessary work-life balance.
