Elaine Bontempi, PhD

I have over 20 years of experience teaching and developing educational training programs for higher education, museums, and government organizations. I hold an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a dual emphasis in Human Motivation & Instructional Design, and a M.A. in Human Relations focusing on Multicultural Counseling. I am passionate about creating engaging, culturally inclusive educational and outreach programs that foster learning, interest, and growth. My doctoral research focused on the "School Experiences of American Indians and Alaska Natives," and was conducted in southeast Alaska and throughout the state of Oklahoma.
