Elaine Bontempi, PhD

I am a Professor, I.D. consultant, and also offer motivation and transformational coaching. I hold an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a dual emphasis in Human Motivation & Instructional Design, an M.A. in Human Relations focusing on Multicultural Counseling, and Graduate Certificate in Helping Skills. My doctoral research focused on the "School Experiences of American Indians and Alaska Natives," and was conducted in southeast Alaska and throughout the state of Oklahoma.

I am passionate about helping others to stay motivated and as they pursue their goals, ultimately promoting psychological well-being and higher performance.
