Hi there! My name is Emily.

I recently withdrew from a PhD program in rhetoric/composition/linguistics and I'm trying to figure out what's next.

I live with my dashing husband, Seth, and our three cats: Anais, Jasper, and Milo.

I have a penchant for pinning awesome quotes and tiny, beautiful food on Pinterest. I tweet now and then from @emilyhooper and post pics of our cats (mostly ) on Instagram from @emihoolew.
