Emily's a mom boss, currently based on the north shore of Kauai, making beyond organic plant-based ice cream. In the past, she co-founded Din, connecting restaurant kitchens and home kitchens to help you cook like a restaurant at home. She also founded and sold one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Food Companies, Foodzie.com, a marketplace platform featuring the best products from small foodcrafters across the United States. She co-produced and starred in her own web series Breakfast Hacks, featuring episodes likes 2-Ingredient Pancakes, now with over 120 million views, featured by the Food Network. A passionate food enthusiast she's spent 10 years in the good food business from building food and technology companies to producing videos. Emily has been named Inc Magazine's Top 30 Under 30 Entrepreneurs and Food & Wine Magazine's 40 Big Food Thinkers Under 40. She also believes names matter and recently returned to her maiden name.
