Born in 1966 Ankara Mr. Emre Şahin founding partner of Emre & Associates Law Firm finished Ankara Atatürk High school and entered Marmara University Faculty of Law Department Istanbul. Further to the admittance to the İstanbul Bar Association and earned J.D., Michigan State University College of Law, 2001 Probate and Estate Planning Certificate from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Practice in various civil areas, including estate planning, probate of estates, real estate, and general litigation. I strives to maintain a practical approach to issues and conflicts, providing clients with a realistic analysis of their matter and options for efficient and effective resolution. Always oriented towards clients’ ultimate goals, approaches litigation as a tool and not as a game. My commitment to accuracy, efficiency and clear communication inform my course in every matter.
