Esprit Loren Jones

I am a dedicated mother who has taken on a role in community leadership to drive meaningful change as it pertains to relations between local law enforcement and residents of Pasadena. As the Chair of the Community Police Oversight Commission (City of Pasadena), I am passionate about using my voice to advocate for restorative justice and accountability within our community. My work focuses on ensuring that community care and wellness are prioritized in this work. My background in service to my community includes certified peer crisis counsel, domestic violence advocacy and social justice advocacy. I enjoy volunteering at local schools and churches in the heart of service, as instilled by my family. My hobbies include reading, creating art in various forms, and KARAOKE!
