I am a full professor of Digital Technology Regulation with a focus on philosophy and ethics of technology. I am the head of Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society (TILT), in the Netherlands.
My interests range from technology regulation to data ethics. In my research, I focus on online trust(worthiness), values in data-driven governance practices, responsibility, privacy, and distributed ledgers.
