Fallon McQuern

I am a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with 25 years of experience. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran with a Master’s degree in Communication & Public Relations and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Human Resources Management. I am currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), leading to certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I’m also certified in Professional Crisis Management through PCMA.

I have worked as a caregiver to intellectually and developmentally disabled adults and children as both a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for many years.

I am a passionate advocate for inclusivity and empowerment, dedicated to creating a world where individuals with disabilities are empowered to thrive and fully participate in all aspects of life. I am particularly passionate about fostering a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages growth and independence. I believe in building a strong rapport with clients and their families, which not only enhances the effectiveness of interventions but also empowers families to reinforce positive behaviors at home. My empathetic approach and strong communication skills enable me to connect with clients and provide the encouragement they need to thrive.
