Renee D Farmer (Kosor)

For ten years, my professional endeavors focused on organizational development through training leadership, communication, and business acumen. In tandem with that has been my work in crisis intervention.

Today, I am proud to adjust my focus to include the creation of an online treatment program for people suffering from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. No diagnosis required. Anonymous access to treatment from the comfort of your own home. The HEROES treatment program gives everyone who needs it the ability to conquer debilitating mental issues. Official launch set for August, 2015 so stay tuned!

I speak at corporate gatherings on the value of leadership development as a precursor to crisis management and address churches, veteran groups, and community meetings on various crisis situations affecting individuals. I am an adjunct professor of Business & Professional Speaking in the Speech, Theatre, and Journalism department at Arkansas Tech University. My current writing projects include two fiction novels and two nonfiction texts focusing on training the HEROES program at home and in organizations.
