After finishing my first graduation 2006, I started work in the enviroment of IT & organization. My focus
of my work is change management, project management, processes and organizational change.

I have begun to focus on neurologic social media 2007 and finished my studies with a doctoral study at University Nitrá, Slovakia 2010.

My current passion is to mash-up management methods and bring them to disciplines like BPM, E-Commerce or social media. I also challenge digital transformation by enabling online-offline integration in new business models.

I love sports, so I do a lot to keep fit and my mind free and creative. Swimming and race cycling are my favorites. At least 6 km swimming and 200 km cycling ... per week.

Further I am a reenacter and fire fighter in my leisure.
