Telecommunication Engineer, MSc in Acoustical Engineering, MBA, Black belt and PM certified, with several years of work experience in Aerospace, Telecommunication and Operations.

Multifaceted and dynamic project manager, collaborative and creative person that likes to connect dots, improve ideas and make them happen.

Professionally I gained international experience in Germany, Spain and France, working in the Airbus Procurement and Customer Service departments linked to R&T and Innovation, Business Operations, Resource Management, Continuous Improvement and Contracts as well as in Software development in Augmented Reality at Indra and Volkswagen.

I also take an active part of the TEDx community since 2010 (organizing TEDx events in Madrid, TEDxAirbus in Toulouse) and have organized projects that promote innovation like OUIinnov or ThinKids.

The rest of my after work time I see as an opportunity to launch start-ups that help me to develop a business oriented mind and face new challenges and difficulties: When I failed with my first start-up it made me reflect and extract mistakes on different levels and I could use that difficult personal experience to start over again with new start-ups to improve myself and our business strategies.

Most recently, I won an innovation prize by "Madrid Emprende" with my last start-up LandMeFar. Part of it was an accelerator Program that took place in Madrid and London.

Since I am 3 years old I played the violin, later also as an interpreter and soloist in several groups and orchestras. I became a violin teacher and a composer which allowed me to gain experience in the management and organization of orchestras, traveling around the world and working in TV orchestras. The premiere of one of my own compositions was in Paris, Madrid and Valencia during 2005 and in Leon in 2006.

My passion is all about Innovation, Technology, Education, Entrepreneurship and Social Change.
