Hey! I am a modern-day customer support and success wizard, except I transform your customers into satisfied ones before the eyes of your company.

I believe in telling relatable stories through awesome customer service.

I’ve studied the dos and don’ts of how to satisfy a customer before working my magic on successful client service teams, for companies who take remote customer support and success services seriously.

My portfolio showcases a line-up of my most recent tricks, which ranges from entry-level to mid-level customer support remotely — all of which I have been promoted at least twice, within each company.

I’m always open to new customer support and success opportunities, along with their challenges, and have plenty of room up to my sleeve for a few more award-winning performances.

Most important of all, I am an awesome husband and dad! When I'm not working, the rest of my life revolves around family. I love my wife, my kids, and yes, I love coffee! :)
