George Peter Murnane
CEO and CFO in Las Vegas
George Peter Murnane is a senior aviation and finance executive based in Las Vegas, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Jet.AI Inc. (NASDAQ: JTAI) and Chief Financial Officer and Director of AI Infrastructure Acquisition Corp. (NYSE).
With more than 30 years of senior leadership across commercial and private aviation, George Murnane has spent his career working across operations, finance, and strategic transformation. He has served as CFO or COO at Mesa Air Group, VistaJet Holdings, International Airline Support Group, and Atlas Air, and most recently as CEO of ImperialJet S.a.l (a leading private aviation operator in the Middle East) from 2013 to 2019. He is also Managing Partner of Barlow Partners.
At Jet.AI, he leads the company's growth as an app-based private aviation platform designed to make charter flying accessible to a far broader market. Users search, price, and book charter aircraft through the Jet Token mobile app. Jet.AI operates in partnership with Cirrus Aviation Services, vets every operator against independent safety audit certifications, and brings the pricing transparency long standard in commercial travel to a market that has historically operated without it.
George Murnane also serves as CFO and Director of AI Infrastructure Acquisition Corp., a NYSE-listed acquisition company that closed a $138 million IPO in October 2025, focused on AI and data center infrastructure. The dual role reflects a straightforward conviction: aviation technology and AI infrastructure are converging, and the executive skills required to lead in both are more alike than they appear.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Class of 1980).
