Glori Perez

I am a proudly Costa Rican artist currently living in Brooklyn, New York as I follow my dream of becoming a successful industrial designer. I am a current sophomore at Pratt Institute, one of the most prestige design schools in the United States. Having lived in three different countries before moving to the US (Costa Rica, Colombia, and El Salvador) opened my mind to discovering new cultures and experiencing different forms of art, which have helped me develop a much more diverse concentration in my work.

I am also a significantly experienced dancer, having performed ballet and jazz for ten years, and tap for six years. My involvement in the performing arts has also led me to become a better artist and to understand how to express my ideas in a better way. Both art and dance are crucial parts of my life and they combine to allow me to show who I am.
