NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AND DECLARATION OF ESTATE MANAGEMENT

Based upon the evidence presently assembled, Gregory Michael Bieze was reported missing and, according to information provided by family members and other informed parties, is presently understood to be presumed deceased.

Matters were duly reported to law enforcement and the State's Attorney's Offices across multiple jurisdictions.

His reported disappearance and presumed death appear to have arisen from alleged acts of violence, defamation, and other alleged unlawful conduct committed against him and other members of a media production team at an Airbnb and involving specific persons and corporations, as well as additional actions & entities involved in subsequent & related matters.

These matters are presently the subject of filed and pending court proceedings. Evidence relating to these and other matters is in the public record via court filings. Additional evidence continues to be submitted as it is cataloged.

Defendants named in these proceedings are cross-referenced in legal claims and law enforcement filings across multiple jurisdictions in related cases.

APPOINTMENT OF ESTATE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

Pursuant to filings executed prior to the incident involving Gregory Michael Bieze, and in connection with ongoing, pending, and anticipated legal proceedings, GM BIEZE ESTATE SUCCESSORS RECOVERY COUNCIL LLC has been designated to manage related Bieze family and corporate governance matters.

Prior to his disappearance, Gregory Bieze was documented in official records as an alleged victim of a multi-jurisdictional pattern of malfeasance.

These ongoing matters involve multiple parties, including the Airbnb rental property, the ownership and management of which are identified in law enforcement and judicial records for alleged practices targeting multiple victims over the course of several years.

While not exhaustive, documented offenses allegedly committed against Gregory Michael Bieze (aka Dr. GM Bieze, PhD) and other representatives of GMB Celebrity Brands LLC, Entertainability Group LL, Hollywood Celebrity Endorsement Partners, Indigo Spirit and other affiliates include: Physical Assault, Identity and Financial Fraud, and Felony-level Defamatory Fabrications Utilizing Altered Digital Media designed to mislead authorities. Based upon declarations, affidavits, and other records, authenti0cation of said “A.I. Created Videos and other Media” is understood to have been performed by noted authorities.

Based upon analysis by legal, financial, medical, and related authorities, these and other targeted fabrications explicitly sought to falsify and deny Gregory M Bieze's legal identity, his familial status, and his professional credentials.

TRADEMARKS, IDENTITY & HISTORICAL RECORDS

As a matter of official record, "Rikki Lee Travolta" is an established trademark property belonging to the Bieze family relating to the representation of celebrities, creation and promotion of entertainment products, and direction and fiscal interest in corporate brands.

Any insinuation that this Travolta-based asset constitutes a personal identity, or was an invention of Gregory Michael Bieze, is categorically denied.

This dispute represents a long-standing point of contention involving the historical discovery of fabricated and compromised documentation and serves as a documented component of a broader campaign perceived as being executed with the intent to manipulate the identities of Gregory Michael Bieze and others, and illicitly target family assets & interests.

Matters of record also involve the deliberate manipulation of perceptions of health designed to result in severe systemic identity compromises and related misdiagnoses, mislabeling, mistaken and misappropriated identity, and general misperceptions regarding status, history, interests, credentials, credibility, and other matters of fact.
