Grace Ragland

Huntsville, AL

For more than 30 years, I have been battling relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, a neurological disease with unpredictable symptoms of numbness, pain and extreme fatigue.

Today, I am currently a national advocate for MS and one of the top over-30 female mountain bikers in the United States.

I use the disease as motivation to help myself get through days when the pain or fatigue was so great I didn't want to get out of bed. I will always remain determined to live her life despite it and flourish with my daily motto, "keep your eye on the prize!"
