I am fortunate to have had the oppotunity to build, run, and rebuild some very large national sales organizations. While working for a Fortune 500 financial services company I was able to work my way from sales trainee to Senior Vice President of Sales. With the help of some very talented team members I was able to build a sales organization from scratch, and in four short years we were generating over $1 Billion in annual revenue.

For a Fortune 500 Employee benefits company I had the opportunity to rebuild an underperfoming national sales group. In three years we increased sales by 110% while improving gross margins by over 60%.

Without reservation, I got the most satisfaction from helping really good sales people turn into fantastic sales leaders. There is no greater experience than to mentor someone into a strong sales manager, while remaining authentic to their personality.

Now I am putting all my efforts to sales leadership development.
