My name is Han Held and I am a citizen of the Metaverse. I enjoy spending time on Opensim, www.virtualverse.one (forum) and Secondlife ...in roughly that order).

I have been using Virtual Worlds since 2005, and have created environments for Opensim since April of 2012.

During 2013 and 2014 I worked with SL's "Arcadia Asylum museum and exhibits group", assuming responsibility for their Boardman museum (featured at SL11B).

In 2015 I joined the Confederation of Democratic Simulators (http://cdsdemocracy.org/) and served as a representative for the 23rd RA. I also had a personal exhibit in SLB12 which I used to demonstrate the concept of the Hypergrid.

From 2015 until 2018 I co-organized the "Avatarfest" end-user hypergrid festival, while continuing to serve in the CDS -I was chancellor for the 29th term of the RA which ended in December of 2018. I also exhibited in SL13B and SL15B as well as.

As of January 2019 I have concluded all of my virtual world projects and have subsequently withdrawn to focus on developing my 4x4 region in Metropolis Grid.

Outside of Virtual Worlds I am a "knowledgeable desktop user", an amateur writer and photographer, and have an interest in Open Source, operating systems, and Free Culture.
