Helena Zhu

Vancouver, BC, Canada

I work as a Communications Intern at Health Canada in Vancouver, Residence Advisor at the University of British Columbia, VP Membership Recruitment of Alpha Omicron Pi International Women's Fraternity Beta Kappa Chapter (UBC), and Editor-in-Chief of residence newspaper Totem Times.

I aspire to live and work in New York City, Ottawa, or Toronto both summer 2014 and May 2015 upon receiving my B.A. in Economics and International Relations at the University of British Columbia. I am passionate about jobs in business development, consulting, economics, communications, and human resources.

Before my current positions, I was an Editorial Intern and Assistant to Website Managing Editor at the Epoch Times for four years, working out of its New York City, Vancouver, San Francisco offices. I became the second-most published reporter in 2009 with over 200 articles.

For examples of my work, see my articles and photographs at Epoch Times, recruitment workshop event plan at Alpha Omicron Pi, and Totem Times publications between October 2013 and April 2014. Please visit my social media profiles listed below. Always welcome to get in touch with me.
