Since 1989 I've worked with organizations and individuals to help them make and implement some of their most important decisions. I'm a strategy process consultant with experience working with non-profit and for-profit organizations, from entrepeneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As I have worked with these organizations, I've discovered that as they make strategic decisions, the people in these organizations are asking deeply spiritual questions about meaning and purpose and how they can make a difference through their work.
I enrolled in a masters degree program at Seattle University to learn how to "companion" people and organizations who are asking these spiritual questions. Not wanting to impose my answers, I sought training in how to walk with my clients as they find their own answers. Its a profound privilege to create a safe context in which people explore the role of Mystery in their life and work.
I'm now at the the "Practicum" stage of my degree work, in which I work directly with clients from January until May (five months) 2015. I am seeking clients interested in engaging with me as a spiritual director for that time. I will work with these two or three clients at no charge until the end of my Practicum. Should clients desire to continue in direction after that time, we will discuss an appropriate fee.
Due to time constraints I can only accept two or three clients for this period. In the first few weeks of the process we may meet every two weeks. Thereafter we will meet at least once a month.
