Mr. Diaz, through his PSM training, has been instrumental in instructing me on how to work within the PSM Elements for effective implementation.
Through his PSM training Isaac has been able to take what he has learned and implement it at the field level. He has also been very instrumental in taking this knowledge and building data basis, templates and web pages that are simple to understand and use for upper management on down to the field level.
