I am an occupational psychologist and doctoral researcher trying to advance evidence-based practice in the areas of leadership, workplace stress, creativity / innovation at work, performance management and positive psychology.
Currently I am undertaking a Ph.D. at Aston Business School, investigating the process through which leadership can spark creativity in followers. Furthermore, I hold seminars and tutorials at Aston Business School, UK covering various subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Previously, I gained work experience within consultancies, multinational business companies and through independent consulting. Moreover, I presented at and attended numerous scientific conferences and seminars.
