I'm is passionate about IT and have a long, varied work experience in databases, IT management and support roles. I also develop applications on the ServiceNow platform, alongside work on Google apps and MS Office 365 Deployments.

As a ServiceNow platform specialist focused primarily on the ITSM and IT Operations Management product suite, I have successfully implemented discovery and service mapping projects, maturing the CMDB capability for numerous clients.

My passion for IT extends beyond the workplace into my voluntary role with the Charity IT Association (CITA formerly IT4Communities), including running public drop in surgeries for IT Advice and Support.Volunteering drives me to improve my skillset, gain supplementary knowledge and assist charities & third sector organisations to realise the benefits of their technology investment.
