I'm a senior social intelligence advisor and strategist at Convosphere, a global social intelligence consultancy. My work spans client deliverables, partnerships, and the intersection of AI and human insight. Before Convosphere, I served as President of ViralMoment Intelligence and Chief Client Officer at Converseon. I was named to the Social Intelligence Lab's Insider50 in 2023, and I co-chaired the AMEC North American Chapter from 2023 to 2024.

I write three Substack publications: The Social Radar (platform intelligence, policy, and media trends), The Roadbook Letters (personal essays on the examined life), and jquig99 (photography from walks and everyday moments). I'm an F1 fan, a Ferrari faithful, and an early-morning beach photographer shooting on both digital and analog (a CampSnap Pro).
