Jason Gold is an experienced Health Care Professional with over 15 years of experience: 12 in Elder Care & 5 prior as a practicing psychotherapist before choosing a career in Long Term Care. His experience in the Elder Care Industry range from Sales and Marketing in Nursing Homes & Hospice Care to being an Executive Director in Nursing Homes.

He has worked in nursing homes ranging from 79 to 318 beds in diverse locations from inner cities to affluent suburbs in locations such as Brooklyn, Chicago, the Chicago Suburbs, Rhode Island and the Greater Boston Area. His areas of experience include Alzheimer's, Short Term Rehab, Long Term Care, Respite, Dialysis, Vent/Trach Care, Hospice, Medicare, Medicaid, Admissions, Sales, Marketing, both For-Profit & Non-Profit, individually owned facilities, locally owned chains & national public chains. Some of the facilities have been deficiency-free, have won Quality Awards from the American Health Care Association (AHCA) or have won My InnerView's prestigious “Excellence In Action” award.

Jason is vested in the field and has accomplished much already. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) since 2007 and was a Board Member of the Massachusetts Chapter from 2007 to 2010. He was also a Member of the foundational Patient Safety Initiative's Strategic Alliance Survey Workgroup, since its creation in 2009 to 2010. This group has partnered with UMass Medical School’s Center for Health Policy & Research to conduct research to decrease med error rates in nursing homes throughout Massachusetts.

He is focused and committed on providing quality care in the Long Term Care Industry as well as taking care of the Elderly and Infirmed. He is interested in advancement and development opportunities, lobbying on behalf of the Industry and doing everything he can to make sure we continue to educate, advocate, promote excellence, advance and grow the Industry in anyway he can.
