I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Talent Management professional with a passion for the people process. Like many, I fell into the Human Resource capital management field quite by accident...and I am so glad that I did.

The past 10+ years have been quite a journey professionally. I thrived during the dot-com boom as a technical recruiter and survived its subsequent bust. After several years working in the consulting arena, I decided to test my entrepreneurial capability and branch out as an independent contractor. After successfully completing contracts with a couple large scale M&A initiatives, I accepted a role as an Assistant Vice-President in the Staffing department at JPMorgan Chase.

After things slowed down after the merger I accepted an offer from my former mentor and boss at JPMC to join him at Cardinal Health. I spent the next 5 years in Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. My time at Cardinal Health was a tremendous experience. I helped to build various business units in support of C-suite executives, got the opportunity to recruit internationally (Singapore, China, and India) and honed my capabilities in Executive Search for a growing $100BB Fortune 20 company.

It was also at Cardinal Health that I was able to work in Talent Management, where I managed our enterprise-wide Performance Management and 360 Development processes for more than 30,000 employees internationally. Additionally, I was able to contribute to talent review, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives. All of this, in essence, served to make me that much more capable of an HR professional. In short, I have been blessed to have been a part of some wonderful teams with fantastic organizations...and for that I am forever grateful!

After some wonderful experiences I decided to pursue a lifelong goal of working independently as a small business owner and entrepreneur. Thus, the birth of Workshop Consulting, LLC. As Principal, I provide interim Talent Acquisition solutions for start-up ventures, seasonal overflow, interim maternity and short-term disability leave replacement, merger & acquisition support, etc. Additionally, I help small businesses with Talent Management needs in terms or building and restructuring performance management, succession planning and employee engagement tools and processes.
