For the past fifteen years I have worked in building rehabilitation and restoration area, from concrete reinforce projects to heritage restoration. I have performed more than eighty projects in these years. I’m strongly skilled to develop every kind of works in this interesting and special field. I´m a highly experienced Construction Management working closely to a great range of trade workers as restorers, craftsmen, masons, carpenters, plasterers, roofers plumbers, and stonemasons.
In my professional career I have had the chance to reach a large range of backgrounds in singular projects dealing a large number of customers, and professionals, all of them with a very different profiles, roles and responsibilities. For private sector I carried out restoration and rehabilitation works as the Toledo Cathedral for the Spanish Institute of Cultural Heritage, the City Hall Palace in La Coruña city, The Bank of Spain building in Madrid. I performed some projects for several important firms as General Electric, Mutua Madrileña Automovilistica Insurance Zurich Company or Caja Madrid Fundation.
