JENNIFER SULLIVAN

Marketing, Public Speaker, and Futurist in Los Angeles, California

Jennifer Sullivan is a marketing futurist focused on the evolving intersections of music, entertainment, technology, and consumer experiences. With a background spanning brand development, go-to-market strategies, talent partnerships, and integrated campaigns, she works at the crossroads of creativity and business, helping brands and artists navigate new ways to connect with audiences.

As Chief Marketing Officer and President of North America for KiTbetter, Jennifer is leading the U.S. expansion of the KiTalbum—a groundbreaking format that blends physical and digital media. She forges partnerships across music, film, retail, and publishing, including launching a Los Angeles-based manufacturing facility to revolutionize music distribution.

Previously, Jennifer spent 14+ years at memBrain, shaping entertainment marketing programs for brands like Hasbro, Intel, McDonald’s, Logitech, and Samsung. She has secured high-profile celebrity collaborations with Demi Lovato, BLACKPINK, will.i.am, Nicole Scherzinger, and Gal Gadot, delivering award-winning campaigns at the intersection of culture and commerce.

As Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The STORM Report, Jennifer identified and championed emerging artists before they broke into the mainstream—spotlighting Billie Eilish, Lizzo, The Weeknd, Dua Lipa, and Chappell Roan. This work inspired STORM Shelter, a thought leadership event series on topics like blockchain and the future of content. She also helped launch HASCON, Hasbro’s first-ever fan convention, which drew 20,000 attendees and 1 billion+ media impressions.

A TEDx Chapman speaker, Jennifer delivered the talk “Frictionology”, exploring how resistance to change drives—or destroys—industries, using the music business as a cautionary tale. She continues to champion the role of content as a catalyst for engagement, revenue, and innovation.

Jennifer is an active member of Women in Toys, Women in Music, and Women in Technology International and serves on the boards of T.J. Martell Foundation and Impro Theatre.

Guided by her mantra, “Dream Big and Stick to It,” Jennifer is committed to pushing industries forward, fostering human connection, and reimagining the way creativity is experienced.
