I invest in the future of work, health, and longevity as Managing Partner at Izou Partners and Operating Partner at Muditā Venture Partners. I'm passionate about helping founders refine strategy, build resilient teams, and accelerate go-to-market execution.

I also teach strategy for early and growth-stage companies and venture capital investors at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, co-founded an outdoor recreation and experiential hospitality platform (The Forge), and oversee a non-profit (The Wilder World Trust) focused on ecological restoration and outdoor education.

Over the last two and a half decades, I've founded, scaled, and sold multiple companies across CRM, investor relations, portfolio management, marketing automation, high-frequency trading, customer success, and document management. I've served as CEO, board director, and strategic advisor to dozens of companies, helping them navigate critical moments of growth, transformation, and transition.

When I'm not working or trying to keep up with my family, you'll find me hiking, biking, reading, volunteering, or wandering through the woods.
