Over the past 18 years, in addition to teaching physics and precalculus in the K-12 classroom, I have served as a technology coordinator and assistant principal. These positions have given me the opportunity to demonstrate, support, and empower students and educators in their effective use of technology while providing much-needed structure, order, and stability.

I desire to see schools identify, articulate, and achieve their mission. I have helped schools go through the accreditation process, implement standards-based grading, and transition through substantive leadership changes.

As a doctoral student, I am currently examining the digital divide in an educational context, understanding its impact, researching means to mitigate this impact, and ultimately, see this divide closed.
