In a career exceeding three decades of service in the Texas legal community, Jess today leads Reagan Moore PLLC, a pioneering fully-virtual estate planning law firm. For several years prior, he provided estate and succession planning counsel to entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and multi-gen families.
He's known for founding a trailblazing global legal staffing company that operated on four continents…and for collaborating on the private equity expansion of the leading private ADR company to international prominence.
At age 24 – appointed by a panel of Texas state judges – Jess headed the modernization of the Dallas County Jury System. He began his career in public affairs as a junior strategy associate in both campaigns that led to the creation of Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART).
