Jocelyn Freimuth, PharmD, MBA, BSN, BCSCP, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Camino Compass, a healthcare consulting and management firm supporting pharmacies, clinics, telehealth organizations, medical providers, and other healthcare businesses in the United States and internationally. With more than 15 years of experience spanning nursing, pharmacy, regulatory compliance, education, and healthcare executive leadership, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare operations, organizational development, business strategy, and patient care.
Through Camino Compass, Dr. Freimuth advises both emerging and established healthcare organizations on business and operational development, regulatory compliance, accreditation, licensing, inspection readiness, workforce training, and strategic growth. She works alongside business owners, executive teams, healthcare providers, pharmacists, clinical staff, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to help organizations navigate complex operational, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Her experience includes guiding healthcare startups and expansions, supporting facility and operational development, creating quality systems and standard operating procedures, preparing organizations for regulatory and accreditation inspections, and developing education and training programs for healthcare professionals. With extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, pharmacy requirements, accreditation standards, and quality systems, Dr. Freimuth helps organizations translate complex standards into practical, sustainable processes that promote accountability, operational excellence, patient safety, and long-term growth.
