Joe Davis

Howdy! I am Joe Davis, the founder of The Brewing Art. It started out of my passion for beer crafting. I spent my childhood in Portland, Oregon, a city that boasts America’s largest brewing market. I got my first brewing kit at the age of 13 when my mom surprised me for Christmas. Inspired by my father who spent his free time with me on our basement crafting beers, I want to create a community where beers are homemade and authentic.

I manage a local biker bar in downtown Portland during the day for the last 10 years. I love to talk to people and share my hobby with brewing. I always push boundaries with an uncompromising spirit. Being a natural, it easily got me to a society where all of us have a fair share of love in beer crafts. Through time and with thousand of shared ideas, The Brewing Art is born.
